There's no reason for her to die. She's annoying sometimes I understand but she in no way has ever really caused harm to Ciel and instead showered him in love, in which was often times met with rejection from Ciel. Man she even physically protected him at one point.
yeah you are right. BUT Ciel rejection toward her also showed he respect her feeling. He knew from the beginning that feeling is not for him but for his twin. He didn't give any hope except try his best to shun her away and protect her by far. Physically he did also protect her. He lives for revenge. For Phantomhive household honor. He knew his family full of dark secrets. He just lives to know the answer. He just a child that carried the noble household burden. Ciel is just a sweetheart with a fragile condition. Yeah I understand. I see both sides now. What Had Happened was I just re-read the whole story and the day that finish, the update showed. Not gonna lie after reading the whole thing everything is fresh in your mind I was incredibly aggravated. With how this have turned out.
