I think you just might have wrote a better ending than the mangaka
Koogi doesn't support abusive relationships and it's not a romance.
One of them will lose their cool which will make the person either kill the other one or confess or both.
Lets face it, in the end either Sangwoo & Bum commit a double suicide or Sangwoo will finally get tired of everything and will turn himself over or Bum will. Bum will probably get psychiatric help and/or go to jail after confessing he killed then Sangwoo as a Serial Killer will immediately be put to jail not to any mental hospital unless someone (does who Bum know? I kinda forgot) who knows of his abusive childhood will report it to the police.(Unless we readers can break the fourth wall and vouch for him to be in a mental hospital, lol). I also have the feeling that Bum and Sangwoo will be in jail together with Bum having a smile on his face while not showing Sangwoo's face as Bum clings a little to Sangwoo as the panel fades out and that's the END. YAY lololol
