Well as flashback goes Sena basically was brainwashed and conditioned to not be gay anymore and be a perfect straight woman from highschool time accident, she basically was unfair to the guy from start using him as a beard not really loving him or enjoying sex with him if we would count her one answer to the isssue. Still author writing of this is really poor and disconnected if we compare first chapters where both girls have so much willingful sex with men cause author wanted to shock the readers so much as GL baited work goes and then with time we learn about them they were gay and turned bi or fake straight only cause hateful men destroyed their previous lives. It's really bad writing in it's finest. basically every guy in this is an evil psycho who only thinks with his dick and I bet the bf will too turn into something ugly when Sena will decide to come clean with him.
