I'm trying to find this manga where the seme's fans are outside a hotel room and the uke is trying to keep quiet and even though the people eventually leave, at the end seme still covers uke's mouth and says something like "this makes me feel like I'm doing something bad." Sorry that's kind of vague, I can't find this manga for the life of me.
