That’s not how that works. There is too drunk for consent. If someone is blacking out and puking, that is too drunk to give consent. When you aren’t enough in your own mind to know what you are saying, then it’s invalid. That’s why you’ll see so many mangas where one person says, ‘when you are sober’. Also, when you won’t allow someone to leave without giving you a blowjob, that is also a form of rape. That being said I’m looking forward to the rest of the fluffiness.

But since this is fiction, and Hosik ends up being ok with it, then I’m fine with overlooking it and trying to enjoy the rest of the story.
This might sound harsh, but this comment of yours is a little stupid. You're missing the entire point, people were saying it WASN'T rape, so if everyone acknowledged that it was there wouldn't be any debates. The goal behind these debates is TO convince people that, yes, it was obviously rape.

It would certainly make this word a bit safer, if everyone understood. That way rapists wouldn’t get away with so much. But people staying silent and overlooking the uglier parts of life, never did anyone any good.

Ok, let's all agree for one moment that it IS rape and it was horrible that it had happened. The author was stupid for ever portraying rape in such a flippant fashion and that everyone, who says that it's a fluff story, is stupid. (if there is anything else, you can mention it if you feel the need to.)
