i suggest using firefox to see notifications since it seems to work fine. this has been a problem for a long time unfortunately.
actually try turning off your adblock. i did it and the notification bar worked all of a sudden for me.

I tried using the contact us on the bottom of the website but nothing happens.
So my notifications hasn't been working for a while which is annoying since thats how i keep up with the updates. It would say I have new notifications but when i access it, its completely empty. Any help would be appreciated
