Those events are just a lot of the usual manga tropes that will NEVER, ever ever happen in this story.
A lot of people bet it was just something to make the most experienced manga readers sigh in despair at first ("oh, no!! another manga with memory loss?! I'm done!"), and later sigh in relief in the next minute ("Whew, thank god I was just being teased!...")
Oh thank you for clearing me up on that . I was honestly very worried something very serious was going to happen, now I feel like I can relax a little .
I'm confused with the narration on chapter 3, was that forshadowing future events? Or were they just naming different scenarios?
