where i live, most highschoolers want a job and theres not a lot of opportunities to get one. i applied for everything place in town and even outside of my town (currently on learners license :///) and everyone turned down my applications because they dont need more staff. this is probably around 13 places i applied for. then i decided to get serious about one place in particular and personally handed in my cv and continued to call or go back in to see if they have considered me. someone had clearly noticed my efforts and hired me!!! what motivated me to keep applying as th fact that i needed to raise $13,000 in 10 months for student exchange. so find a goal you want to work hard to pursue and keep fighting for a position!!!! goodluck
One time i interviewed for a internship i didnt get it but sometimes its for the best because like a few weeks later i went for another interview for another internship got it then my boss asked if i wanted to work there i said yes quit my shitty fast food job and im thousand times happier.
Im still in school, but I do commissions and design bussiness logos and advertisements.
I mean, at this point im still struggling since schoolwork + job + plus my mums company is on my plate right now.
And I get motivated by my own job or I just mainly read Isekai mangas.
if so, how did you guys get it/did you struggle at first?
