I remember a while back someone mentioned that the translation of what Sei-San said was a little off. Instead of him saying " I won't fall in love with a man.", what he said was "I've never fallen in love with a man", if this is indeed true, then him feeling down about Micchan is not so odd.
Maybe someone can corroborate.
In ch2, Sei-San told Micchan that you won't fall in love with a man and now in ch9, he is sad because Micchan won't open up to a straight man like him.
I'm confused now.
