i don't think anyone gets banned. twice i wrote my same reply to a comment and it didn't appear but it showed in numbers of replies, then i changed my sentences and removed a key word and it was published.
You should spam the homepage for an hour then go to your account and find out if you can really get banned lol you can use your 'reconstruct sentence + key word' technique to test it out. This can be game changed for trolls if no one actually gets banned

How people get banned:
1) User has an account, has account data saved in their browser
2) constantly and shamelessly promoting or portraying oneself, posing as anon, in a bad light as you can see in previous posts that demand other users to kill themselves
3) window + incognito window: *has account logged in on non-incognito window and anon on incognito window to have a one-sided argument*
