Yes Yukinari is in love with his brother and in some places of the world it's illegal, but not so in others. So maybe it's wrong (incest) but what's even worse and fully wrong is rape, blackmail and overall manipulation.
Kazusa fully took advantage of Yukinari's fragile emotional state to manipulate him into their current relationship. So even if they do end up together it's going to be because the author feels any guy no matter how scum he is will be better in a relationship with the main guy than an incest relationship.
I pray the author doesn't do that to yukinari because he deserves happiness just like everyone else. But not only did that dick kazusa piss me off, but that asshole of a father of theirs to. You're so worried about your reputation and what others think that you're hurting your own children without any kind of care in the world.
