Oh my Jesus. Have you watched Shounen Maid Kuro-kun? My favourite. Also there is Boku No Pico, but I assumed you are aware of it, and may not be willing to watch. There’s also a yaoi animation called Enzai, but if you’re sensitive to rape, like REALLY sensitive, I wouldn’t recommend. All of the things I’ve recommended are yaoi animation, but not really similar to Hyperventilation.
