No, they are not angry. They are just surprised at coincidence that the two characters from this webtoon have very similar names to the characters from another webtoon called ‘a guy like you’. As in JINHA and KANG part

Both their last names are common (same with Jinha as a first name) so I don't really see how it's surprising. It's like seeing someone named Emily or Kevin with the last name Smith and being like "CoInCiDeNcE mUcH???"
