I would deliver, but I don’t exactly catch your drift... I get it, but like... Shounen art style isn’t restricted to x art style, like a shoujo manga artist could draw a shounen or whatever. I’m not angry just if it sounds like that, ヾ(☆▽☆) Just confused. You want similar to Kishimoto art style? Or do you mean something like harsh features and minimal shading?
Well... i can't really explain it well but.. most yaoi have this Shouji art (with too much fluff or sparkling atmosphere). (￣∇￣")
Then i found this Samurai Lover. It just gives me the shounen anime vibes even though it's still hardcore yaoi. The seme isn't a "perfect" handsome type, (he had big eyes and small iris unlike the "handsome" smaller eyes that others have). And the Uke isn't a female type, he does looks cute but not cute enough to be mistaken as a girl.
H Department Division 1 also have this Shounen anime vibes. I think it's because of the comedy parts and the varied characters (they are interesting bunch, kinda like a high school students in a sports club). They all look handsome yet they don't look alike.
lll－.－) sorry for confusing you. I just happened to read those manga and i, myself, can't really find the right words to describe them. It's really mostly because of the "Vibes". They are different than other comedy adventure yaoi. So looking up for similar genre didn't help me...

Any yaoi manga(or author) recommendation that have shounen art style?
Shounen is a genre for anime like Naruto, Fairytale, one piece, gintama, ect...
A good yaoi manga with shounen art style i recently found is Samurai Lover or H Jigyoubu Eigyou Ichi Ka(H Department Division 1). Other examples are mostly DJ but I'm looking for non-dj.
