    It's missing a few of the strokes, it looks like a combination of 口 and 白, except that doesen't exist apparently. Maybe some error

    Hey! In Japanese, it's a saying that's difficult to translate to English. It doesn't mean strerching his nose in a literal sense. It means something along the lines of "You look dunb being lovestruck by that woman" or "What are you grinning about?"
