Well yeah , but eventought they share same grandparents , they have different blood running already if u know what I mean ~ cuz they has mixed blood from father or mother from other family ,, biology education ~

You would have to be at least third cousins because at that point you're so far removed from each other it doesn't really matter

Well you can't say it's fully incest,, .. it's alright if it's couple between cousin cuz you could say that is not blood related already, you can marry your cousin ,, eventought it's your family ... Cuz they have different mother and father , so doesn't have the same blood running ~
