Where I come from it's not. Infact my grandmother and grandfather were related.
Where I come from it's not. My grandparents were related too. Consanguinous are considered normal here.

In really don't get all this fuss about incest. in our region it's alright to get married to your cousin. It's also acceptable to get married to your mother's brother. though nowadays very few people do that.
