I feel like the artist made him look younger but naruto addressed Kakashi as sensei, so I think he is probably 12 or 13. Not that it makes it any better but honestly speaking nothing much happened either.

So Naruto is like 9 or 10 and Kakashi is like 25 or something....I don't think this is normal
