Sometimes it depends on the manga. I’m pretty sure beta’s, omegas and alpha’s can all get pregnant (at least from the context of a few OV i’ve read), but it’s easier and faster for an omega since their heat was made for reproduction. Though, in some Alpha’s aren’t able to get pregnant, it depends on what the author wants. If you’re confused about omegaverse I recomend reading the explanations about it (they’re usually in every OV manga before it starts), it will answer most of your questions. (▰˘◡˘▰)

I agree with the above replies. Any one in the relationship can get pregnant in omegaverse. It depends who wants to carry it. But one thing is only an alpha and omega can pair up as 'mate' (thats the basic rule).
And that is too sad. Imagine you being a beta, falling deeply in love with an omega or an alpha. then the next thing you know, your lover met his/her own mate then they end up together. ╥﹏╥
Its all about love!! I know that part is tough but Kashikomarimashita destiny has a pair of alpha-omega mates and also alpha - beta pairing. They both had a good ending and it was such an emotional ride for readers as well!!
Yep, I've read it too. I was so glad that the scent of the other omega(I'm sorry I forgot his name) got weaker. I was so sad for the beta when he was going through that moment especially when the omega showed up and he knew that his partner felt that the omega was his mate.

Regarding omegaverse parents.
So when its a same sex parent, the omega give birth to a child, right?
Therefore in an opposite sex relationships, for example, the female is an alpha and the male is an omega, so who gives birth??? Is it the alpha female or the omega male??? Does an alpha have a womb???? Its confusing because some manga have an alpha who was raped by a beta male, and he was crying saying he doesn't want to get pregnant(forgot the name of the manga).
