I don't remember the name of this one manga yaoi.
It's about a young man (I think he was either high school or college student) who has been in love with his best friend for years (his friend is straight and has a girlfriend) . He has a lot of one night stands and the last man he spend the night with happens to be a doctor. After being with that doctor he felt strange, he felt sick and thought it might be AIDS. So he went to the hospital to get checked. That hospital happens to be the one where that one night stand doctor works. The young boy discovers that he is a doctor and tells him that it's his fault. At the end it wasn't AIDS and the doctor and him get to know each other better.
