There are some mangas that are not necessary Omegaverse and they have MPreg in them. Actually there's a manga where the Seme is a fox and the Uke is a rabbit and is an MPreg manga too. I don't remember the name but they still could have babies. it said in the manga that it was really difficult for a male rabbit to get pregnant but it was possible. The Uke's friend was a male rabbit and he had a baby with his partner. if only I could remember the name of that manga so I can show you.
