Did they tho? Did they actually, really, made their relationship clear to each other? That they are in an exclusive romantic and sexual relationship? I mean, sure, normally, you don't really have to treat this like a business transaction; laying out the terms of agreement, but obviously both of them had to make their relationship clear by mutually acknowledging whatever it is, like "hey, we're boyfriends now, okay?" They weren't exclusive, which is exactly why that dude didn't really say anything about this cheating matter even if he didn't approve of it.
They had a relationship, but it wasn't exclusive. Nor was it about romance or purely sexual. It was just two strangers living under the same roof keeping each other company. Neither of them are allowed to have much say about each other's sex life. The only reason Aya stopped having sex with other people is because he became aware of his own feelings, and probably because he learned about how one should stick to one when in love. Making him accountable for things that he didn't really have a proper understanding of, or presence of mind about, is kinda like holding a dog accountable for biting a person.
And victim blamer??
Rather than calling it "cheating" isn't more like something else? Isn't there this concept of jobless men whom are dependent on women to provide them a place to sleep, food to eat, for an indefinite period of time in exchange for sex and companionship. Or at least until the women decides to kick the guy out. Like, men who are 'pets' or something?? But I guess, it doesn't make a lot of sense why Aya went and met up with them women when he already has a place to live and food to eat. It's likely he went to them to earn some few bucks, or maybe he just went to them out of habit, especially when one woman called for him when he felt like he owed her so much. But I don't think he went to these women with "desire" or "lust" in mind, like how I imagine cheating would be like...
And also, the two of them haven't really figured out their own shit yet, so.... At least Aya stopped once he realized everything.
