they basically have sex numerous times. in the middle, DG asks to stop bc he feels like dying from doing it so much and Alex asks if DG hates him. DG says ofc not and they do it more. DG is tired out and Alex passes out so DG takes him to his bed. DG thinks that it's nice that Alex was sweet to him but it's weird that he seemed desperate at the same time. when DG is about to leave, Alex holds on to him asking "don't go".

Based on kyra 23 theory, I don't think he's talking about his ex.

Also, DG washes Jiwon up afterwards. Puts some clothes on him etc, so it's a role reversal to when Jiwon did the same for DG. DG says he hasn't washed himself yet, so the reason why he was going to leave was presumably just this, rather than say him wanting to run away from the situation/Jiwon's house.
