I second "Soutegai Love Serendipity" (chapter 1- not the story in the description). I just re-read it and it seems to have all the right elements: long-term relationship, couple in a bit of a rut, and they try various things to spice up their sex life as suggested by the uke's co-workers. It's pretty cute. :)
