To put it shortly, there was this girl on tumblr who was translating the second season of this manwha and published the chapters on her profile so everyone could read them. Someone took these chapters and uploaded them here on mangago, even though she said many times that she didn't want that. So she dropped it and no one else for now is translating it

If you want there is this site called "tappytoon" where you can continue to read it, but it's a paid site...
In the last option there would be the Korean site "toonkor" where you can find the raw chapters and try to understand the story by looking at the images
