You want to say they're all raping each other? Even though they can't help it? What? How can you rape someone... On accident? Rape is done with intention, it's a mindset. Educate yourself, what you're saying is insulting to rape victims. If we were to ask a rape victim who they'd rather be stuck in a room with, a verified rapist with the intention to rape them or a guy who by accident put his penis inside them and apologized after, who do you think they'd choose? Apply this to Hyesung, you think he'd rather be stuck in a room with Dojin or some other alpha with the INTENT to rape Hyesung when the both go into heat and then blame it on the heat?
Wow, that was a twist of words if there ever was one....
Seriously, ur bringing real life rape into this? That honestly makes me question your age that u even brought it up. There’s no guarantee that all rape victims would react the same way to ur scenario. For one, yes maybe they’d rather the “guy who accidentally stuck their penis and apologised” (something improbable tho if not flat out impossible) if they are the forgiving type. But me personally, as well as few ppl I know, would see both men as one and the same, one party said no, they didn’t want it but it still happened. What’s an insult to victims is saying that’s is ok if the culprit had no control and said sorry. A lot of them mightn’t see it that why.
Second, Real life vs fiction, they’re not the same, just clarifying that . But for arguments sake. Let’s say “going into heat” is equivalent to being drug by a chemical that makes you want to have sex with a person (there’s drugs out there that do that) Does that make it ok? That it wasn’t rape?

You don't have a point here^. I'm not sure how this was a valid response to what i said. You bring up "drugs", but the heat and drugs can't be compared. The heat is a natural biological reaction, like breathing or a penis getting erect. Drugs ALTER you to change your state of mind ihto something else. Let's pretend that this IS a valid comparison, obviously the guy who drugged you would be at fault, not you... Obviously... Do you have to think about that? was that supposed to be thought provoking? What was the point? Not even in court would you be charged of rape if there was a malevolent 3rd party who verifiably set the whole thing up. Anyone with logic wouldn't blame you. I'd even argue that the other person wouldn't blame you, if they knew what happened to you too. Jesus christ, lets not start going into what-ifs, you come across as the type to spam them and i'd rather not. As a parting note: you're being ridiculous again, nobody who has been raped would choose to be stuck in a room with a rapist with intent over a guy who had an accident... That isn't even a topic for debate. When i say accident, i mean accident, not gray areas like getting drunk. I mean, a there-is-no-way--he-did-it-on-purpose accident. Like if a dude fell on a nude beach and his penis went inside a woman. The heat is on this tier of accident, it isn't a gray area, they literally can't help it.
“A dude fell in a nude beach and his penis went into a woman.” In what world has that happened? Ever. That’s physical impossible. It can be accepted he fell on her and accidentally touched or grabbed her (there are more types of sexual assault than penetration) then by all means he says sorry and they go about their day. I ever once said anyone that’s been rape would choose a rapist over a guy who would do it “accidentally”. I said you can’t except to know the minds of rape victims, they all think differently. Some could rather the accidental guy if there was only the two choices. Myself personally wouldn’t go with either if there was a chance that I’ll be assaulted against my will even by “accident”. It’s not a pleasant experience. There is no way you can accidentally have sex, even with your mind or body impaired by drugs or alcohol or other things.
As for the “court won’t charge u for rape if a third party is involved” that’s not strictly true. A guy off a fantasy sex website had been talking to this girl about her rape fantasy (the type where both sides consent) and she was giving him details on what she wanted, even how to enter her home. So on the night the agreed, he came and attempted to “rape” her and she started fighting and telling him to stop (all part of the fantasy)
He was caught and charged for rape but when he tried explaining the situation she had no idea what he was talking about. Turned out someone with a grudge against the girl made up a fake profile on the sex site and had been talking to the man all along. The man was still charged (albeit not as harshly as most offenders) because the girl told him to stop and he didn’t.
The law does take it into account the culprit being mentally/physically impaired the person can still get charged.
Look, we can argue real laws and that on the topic all day, I’ve done it before in real life. But it stirs up unpleasant memories.
Back to the omegavers, heat is a biological stage and can’t be controlled (except by suppressant but they don’t always work) so once in it they need the urge to be stated, fair enough. But in the story we have Dojin making Hyesung unable to move due the pheromones he just willingly gave out. For that chapter, he is still in control of himself, even trying to bargain with Hyesung “I won’t do anything if you promise not to leave.” (That’s more or less a threat of intent by the way, but not the issue). All the while Hyesung is tell him to stop and cussing at him. It’s not till the next chapter where Dojin let’s his alpha side take over and they knot “accidentally”. They would not have been in that situation to start with if Dojin hadn’t taken him to bed. There was no consent given.

I have nothing to say to the 1st paragraph, it does nothing for anyone.
As far as the case you brought up, details matter, did they know who the 3rd party was? If they can't identify the 3rd party then the charges can only be placed on the guy since he can't prove his claims. "For that chapter he is still in control", no he isn't. Go back and look at the times Hyesung went into heat and notice that they are still conscious, so they can talk, but they're in a trance-like state where they can't control themselves and their thoughts seem impaired. No offense, seriously, but him being in control isn't up for debate, the story has explicitly said he wasn't. Dojin literally says "i lost all sense of control" in ch 20 and Hyesung says "his eyes... Get ahold of yourself!" because he saw Dojin lost control. You can't argue that point, sorry. The rest of the paragraph is based on your misunderstanding that Dojin was in control, no need to reply to that last bit.
Yes, I too would like to ignore that fact that some ppl think u can have sex by accident. Just like ppl believing the world is flat.
Of course they knew the third party. That’s how they knew there was a third party. It was the girl’s ex that had a grudge against her and wanted to get back at her in a sick and twisted way (he got charged as well) point is the other guy still got charged for the crime while under the influence of a third party.
Well duh, of course I’m going to respond to that last bit. I’m a stubborn bitch if u hadn’t noticed and it’s the whole reason we’re having this conversation.
you’re talking about chapter twenty yes? He had lost control by then. I was talking about the chapter before that when he was tell Hyesung not to leave. He was in control then, fully aware of what he was doing. Then the next chapter he lost it. If he had lost control at that moment, he wouldn’t have the forethought to take Hyesung to the bedroom.
Idk what you're saying at the top of this^ message.
Legal systems are fucked. In the case you gave, the guy was still in complete control of his senses, it wasn't "uncontrollable" like this manhwa and there is no way to prove the guy wasn't in cahoots with the chick's ex bf, of course he got charged. We can go on about that case, but it isn't a valid comparison to the manhwa. I see your point, but this is another example of you choosing a gray area to compare to rather than an accident. The heat isn't in his control, at all.
When i said "no reason to reply to that last bit", i was talking about myself since the last bit of that reply of yours was based on your idea that Dojin was in control. "i was talking about the chapter before when he told Hyesung not to leave", i hate to be the guy that tells others what they were talking about, but no you weren't. We can go back, i'll quote you: "For that chapter Dojin is still in control of himself, even trying to bargain with Hyesung. 'i won't do anything if you promise not to leave'", this quote you gave is within the pheromone sex scene. If you want to talk about the scene leading up to the pheromone sex, he didn't use his pheromones to keep Hyesung from leaving, he used them to show Hyesung he's never used them on him before. He intended to let Hyesung get a feel of them so that Hyesung would realize he has never used them on him or he'd already recognize them, but he loses control as soon as helets them out. I talk about this here:
-continuation- I talk about this here: http://www.mangago.zone/home/mangatopic/3169553/
He's courting him. Did you guys not see Dojin say "there's still time" and the conversation with his beta friend about marrying Hyesung? All this AFTER ch 20 where he looks at Hyesung lovestruck and says "My child... My omega..."? To stop the "that sounds domineering!" replies, get the context by looking at the page: ch 20, pgs 16 and 17. That isn't obsession in his eyes, it's clearly that he "realized" (as he says IN this scene) that he'd been in love this whole time and that explained why he'd been so involved with Hyesung up till now when previously he hadn't known why as he hates to be around omegas. He realized he's in love and started to court Hyesung to "win him over". It's all REALLY obviously there, you have to go SO far out of your way to twist things to "he's bribing him"...
