But me personally, as well as few ppl I know, would see both men as one and the same, one party said no, they didn’t want it but it still happened. You don't have a point here^. I'm not sure how this was a valid response to what i said. You bring up "drugs", but the heat and drugs can't be compared. The heat is a natural biological reaction, like breathing or a penis getting erect. Drugs ALTER you to change your state of mind ihto something else. So on the night the agreed, he came and attempted to “rape” her and she started fighting and telling him to stop (all part of the fantasy)
He was caught and charged for rape but when he tried explaining the situation she had no idea what he was talking about. Turned out someone with a grudge against the girl made up a fake profile on the sex site and had been talking to the man all along. The man was still charged (albeit not as harshly as most offenders) because the girl told him to stop and he didn’t.
The law does take it into account the culprit being mentally/physically impaired the person can still get charged.
Look, we can argue real laws and that on the topic all day, I’ve done it before in real life. But it stirs up unpleasant memories.

All the while Hyesung is tell him to stop and cussing at him. It’s not till the next chapter where Dojin let’s his alpha side take over and they knot “accidentally”. They would not have been in that situation to start with if Dojin hadn’t taken him to bed. There was no consent given.

I have nothing to say to the 1st paragraph, it does nothing for anyone.

As far as the case you brought up, details matter, did they know who the 3rd party was? If they can't identify the 3rd party then the charges can only be placed on the guy since he can't prove his claims. "For that chapter he is still in control", no he isn't. Go back and look at the times Hyesung went into heat and notice that they are still conscious, so they can talk, but they're in a trance-like state where they can't control themselves and their thoughts seem impaired. No offense, seriously, but him being in control isn't up for debate, the story has explicitly said he wasn't. Dojin literally says "i lost all sense of control" in ch 20 and Hyesung says "his eyes... Get ahold of yourself!" because he saw Dojin lost control. You can't argue that point, sorry. The rest of the paragraph is based on your misunderstanding that Dojin was in control, no need to reply to that last bit.

Yes, I too would like to ignore that fact that some ppl think u can have sex by accident. Just like ppl believing the world is flat.

Of course they knew the third party. That’s how they knew there was a third party. It was the girl’s ex that had a grudge against her and wanted to get back at her in a sick and twisted way (he got charged as well) point is the other guy still got charged for the crime while under the influence of a third party.

you’re talking about chapter twenty yes? He had lost control by then. I was talking about the chapter before that when he was tell Hyesung not to leave. He was in control then, fully aware of what he was doing. Then the next chapter he lost it. If he had lost control at that moment, he wouldn’t have the forethought to take Hyesung to the bedroom.

But it’s still a fantastic story regardless of our views and they are going to fall in love with each other and the baby.

In the case you gave, the guy was still in complete control of his senses, it wasn't "uncontrollable" like this manhwa and there is no way to prove the guy wasn't in cahoots with the chick's ex bf, of course he got charged. We can go on about that case, but it isn't a valid comparison to the manhwa. I see your point, but this is another example of you choosing a gray area to compare to rather than an accident. The heat isn't in his control, at all.

"i was talking about the chapter before when he told Hyesung not to leave", i hate to be the guy that tells others what they were talking about, but no you weren't. 'i won't do anything if you promise not to leave'", this quote you gave is within the pheromone sex scene. If you want to talk about the scene leading up to the pheromone sex, he didn't use his pheromones to keep Hyesung from leaving, he used them to show Hyesung he's never used them on him before. He intended to let Hyesung get a feel of them so that Hyesung would realize he has never used them on him or he'd already recognize them, but he loses control as soon as helets them out.
