Not just that, but the other heroes clearly still see this world as a game. They don't take things seriously and are still so full of themselves. They still think "we're the heroes! we're strong! we will kill the evildoers just like in our games!" Only our shield hero actually takes this seriously.
I think it's also becoming pretty clear that there is no good or bad side between this and the 'other' world. Just two worlds fighting each other for survival. (though the reason why they need to fight for survival is still unclear.)
