Well... I was able to log in but in Ingconito mode from chrome, although I do wish to know how this data suppresor thing works ._.

Okay, so do you see three vertical dots in the upper right corner?
1. Click on it
2. Go to "Settings"
3. Go to "Data Saver"
4. Turn it off
