Most of the yaoi webtoons have smut like "Window Beyond Window" or "Man of a Virtue" or "Make me bark" or "sign language" or "Lover Boy" xD as for japanese yaoi smut with plot I know "Hidoku Shinaide" or "Ten Count" or "Sekaiichi Hatsukoi" (classic good shit). "Katekyo" was really sweet too but Idk if it has smut in it
