I don't remember much about the yaoi other than the guy got a girl pregnant and somehow ends up with his lover. The story progresses all the way till the baby was a teenager. One of the men wind up dying (I think it was of old age but I can't remember) I know it's vague, but maybe someone knows what I am talking about.
