Half of the next chapter is about them lol and then a hiatus again lol but i guess she deserves it.

Noup , there's karino and Azusa development , just skip the anji and inukai part but read the azusa and karino part. It has to do with many things i explained somewhere in the comments.

He was blackmailed by somebody ( probably Eno) with a picture of Anji in sexy lingerie.Anji likes dressing like a girl and he accidentally send a picture of himself to inukai and inuaki first blackmailed him but they eventually fell in love. He wanted to protect Anji but failed. He had to get those pics of Azusa or those pictures would be spread. They got spread in the end. I still hate him though."

Damnn when will Azusa ever get a break. I felt bad for Anji a tiny bit but thinking what couldve happened to Azusa and what will happen next- now that we know who started this shit - just makes me sick to my stomach. Ugh. That happy scenes of Anji & shithead then of Atsumu with others smiling was too good to be true.
I hope that's the last we see of Inukai and Anji. Like, we really couldn't give two shits about them. Especially Inukai, turns out he is as much of a fucking creep as he looks.
But I guess the one thing I do like about this chapter is the building of Azusa's and Atsumu's friendship. I think they could really be true allies.
Karino, Azusa, Atsumu & Kuze are the only 4 worth caring about in this manga and I hope it continues to center on these 4 characters.
