Maybe the author just really liked those caracthers and though about another story ( love is an illusion ) tho they are obviously not the same ones their personalities don’t match at all
Um... Their personalities are pretty much the same, and Hyesung had problems with his father and Dojin was the rich guy/sugar daddy who wanted to be in a relationship with him.
But this is not an omegaverse
