It might be the author's note to readers after the end of a season! Webtoons are usually broken down into seasons and the some authors will take a short break after each one :) hopefully this is the case
Yes, I guess. I too looked through the raws and it seemed like the story is gonna end since there was no cliff hanger, no unsolved issues and everyone was happy!
