It's similar to this one but the accident that caused the scar happens really early in their childhood like kindergarten maybe? If I remember correctly the seme has dark hair. ><

I think it's completed. It's been awhile since I read it, it just pops into my mind today and keeps nagging at me. I feel like the story was like they're childhood friends and they're now in high school and they were in the middle of making out when the uke touches the scar and the seme went like oh my god maybe he's not resisting my advances because he doesn't want to hurt/hit me anymore (since the uke more or less caused the accident that made the scar) lol this is wildly specific for me to just make out of my imagination so I hope it really is out there somewhere
