So this time its a kind of "romance" manga.
Its about a girl that is a kind of Special Cop. She is pretty though and sharp [ and doenst talk much if i remenbered it right]
And then there is this guy. He is a serial killer i believe and he is smart and strong. He also gives you that clever crazy vibe.
The story is about her trying to catch him obviously.
But he is always one step further than her.
I can remember a scene where he killed a man and tied his girlfriend up to a tupe(?) and left her with the corpse lying in front of her in a garage. I think after that he phoned the girl and said that he killed that man and she should try and find
