Yes, you can. Before someone loses their shit, I tried it on a different account that I created, and it works. To be honest, I'm not interested in blocking anyone.

N boy, my mind is at better rest :D I’m a big fan of freedom of expression but some ppl abuse their rights n often forget that others can also read mangas n have their own perceptions on what they have read. N don’t even get me started on the trash talks ughh!
There was this one time where I had only like read 30 chaps of this manga n I posted how some of the plots are confusing to understand. So there was a petty reader, who wrote down the whole story in my comment section without even the a warning tag n there was a smirk at the end of the message :/.
Guess, this block button is really useful to avoid ppl who r determined to be jerks even in here because they haven’t annoyed enough ppl in their real lives :/
