It was a little messy but is not so difficult to follow (spoilers, duh): the MC started a relationship with the boyfriend and is stuck there, without love and all that. He meets the other guy and starts feeling attracted to him but he doesn't want to end the relation. Feeling more attracted and seeing the other party's interest (it also happens that they work in the same field), he tries to go back to his boyfriend only to find the bastard with other man and that he saw him as his housekeeper. At the end, the new guy follows him and seeing the situation takes him away. Is a pretty common story for a yaoi, I think.
