Look closely, in the first room we can only see one pillow (it's obvious here http://www.mangago.zone/read-manga/killing_stalking/mf/m_chapter-38/pg-48/) while in the second one there is two pillows ! Even the shot/plan is weird ! We can only see someone's hair...The cop ? Maybe am I overthinking ^^ ?
