He got one for all from All might.. That's all he has..

I think what Naruchwan trying to say is that Deku might have a quirk before but could have been stolen and the quirk to Regenerate could be his. Though that's still a theory.

Don't think so.. Try to remember how many times has he busted his arms before Toga even came into the picture.. He has ruined his hands to the point the doc asked him to stop going full power.. If he had even a slight regenerative ability his hands won't be in that state!

Yeah, I mean that theory ... I don't think that deku was born quirkless ..

But they did explain why it is so ri8?.. His both parents have weak quirks so much that they can't even be used all the time.. Also they said about the great phenomena research, the pinky toe joint one.. The ones who manifest quirks have 1 joint but Deku had 2! There was 1 thing i didn't get though, about Deku's parents being 4th generation. What is that?

But the brother had a quirk to transfer quirk to someone else so both quirks mingled and All for one came into existance. This was told in one of the chapters.
