Probably because the first comment after the chapter, with 4500+ likes, is that they are wearing "lovers' matching outfits", and it could mean that they are showing up as a couple (the comment is from the day it was first published). Another person commented that it could be the university uniform.

Yo guys I was just skimming through the raws of chapter 38 (because I’m so anxious for this next chapter I was like “hey, why do we have a look at the raws even though I can’t read Chinese”) and LiHuan is wearing something ENTIRELY different at the end of the chapter than he is in this Mangago version. In the raws, he has a black jumper and a cap on, but he has a white jumper and no cap in the Mangago (and Mangadex) version. Anyone know what’s happening there?
