Why? When I don't like something, why should I be tactical and lie? I hate chocolate ice-cream. So I can't say it's disgusting? Its my opinion. Same with the books I read.
You know... It's alright to tell the truth but telling the truth all the time is very bad. Telling a lie to comfort someone is alright. If your mother's chocolate ice cream is bad and you told her that it's disgusting, you would definitely hurt her feelings whether it's your opinion or not. Instead of saying it's disgusting, it's better to shut your mouth. In general, most people hates someone like you who doesn't care about other people's feelings.
That's what I'm trying to say. When people say they don't like this stuff in a respectable manner, when have others tried listening. They curse them and add so many dislikes on their comment and bash them until they disappear. I've seen a thousand dislikes on some user's post just for saying this isn't their type of manga.
The problem right now is that you're not stating your opinion in a respectable manner. And even if you got bashed, it's better to remain calm and not use vulgar language nor insults to explain your opinion. I thought of people who uses vulgar language so often for an argument as an (idiot) irrational person. Well... this doesn't apply if your opinion includes sentences equivalent to insults or if you indirectly insults others' interest bcuz of course they're gonna be mad cuz you said bad things about something they like. Even I would be annoyed. If your opinion is something like that, it's better to keep it to yourself.
