I don't think Akane likes it, I think he thinks he deserves it after "killing" his brother. He's trying to fix what he sees as his fault by carrying on the life his brother would have had even tho it hurts him to see the man he loves wish he was someone else

its a manga out there like this , i cant remeber the name though , but man what a false ass love , i thought the seme looked smart so he wouldnt go this route but damm it man he dumb . i only sympathize with akane just a tiny tiny tiny i mean super tiny bit because he also liked the seme so its obvious he's not gonna make any rational decisions
