It was an open ending ;D The dad accepting the relationship, because he loves/cares for her. And the boyfriend and dad becomes good friends like the daughter wishes for.

I'm searching for a manga that I've read for some years ago ^^' It is a shoujo manga about a single dad that has a daughter complex (no incest). Then the daughter got her first boyfriend, which the dad couldn't handle so well, because the boyfriend was very similar to himself, when he was younger. The boyfriend really loves the daughter and is sometimes jealous of the dad too, because she has a father complex. It is a funny shoujo with the cute interaction between the dad and the boyfriend and it ends well with both showing how much they loves her.
