I don’t think Bum processes things very well, especially when he’s scared. Fear sort of causes most of Bum’s mental functions to shut down and tends to make him act pretty stupid and forgetful and lets admit it, Bum isn’t really the sharpest crayon in the box to begin with.
Yeah, just like when sangwoo ask him if he likes the frog, he doesn't seem to react until he's asked 3 times in different ways
I think he has developed several mental problems or traumas after all he has been through
