Searching for a manga

Hi there, everyone. I'm trying to remember the name of a manga, but I can't. What I remember about the story is that one is a poor guy, the other is a very rich guy (who has a butler that worries about him all the tim), and then the rich guy gets a job together with the poor guy (in a bar, I think), and then the butler get together with the bar owner (I don't remember if both stories are in the same manga or not, but both exist). I remember the bar owner not telling the butler that rich and poor boy are going to live together, because he thinks the butler will get sad. The butler is very serious, I love him, he is the reason I am trying to find this manga again.
