Maybe I'm the only one but I don't hate Sangtae at all in fact I like him. I understand that his twisted character and 'bulling' Jinwoo is his outlet.
Plus he isn't really straight up sadist like lot of semes in yaoi world. He seems worried about Jinwoo at times.
Now second point. Jinwoo seemed to regret sex with Sangtae cos he has a gf but he didn't hate it at all. He didn't cry he didn't try to refuse him (like scream and punch and kick). Think about it.
