he's a person that's supposed to take care of shigaraki. i think. he has a very convienient quirk that would mean super destruction together with other quirks. shigaraki doesnt really give a fuck about him he just wants to destroy the hero society so he couldve just doen that
1)he's smart
2)loyal
3)quirk
4)can make decisions that can be logical without shigaraki
5)calm and collected
