Don't be sorry, you're not at fault. Hye didn't commit rape since he had no control of his actions before and during. Every other time Dojin has done nothing but show himself to be a rapist. This the omegaverse. Hye and Dojin are clearly "destined" for each other and are breaking the others rational. If you don't call it rape then it has to be molestation or sexual harrassment.
