I'm not sure this one is manga or manhwa since I read more than 10 years ago but it's romance story (maybe shoujo). It was about the girl lives in a noble home so she has to disguise as a boy because the house needs an heir. She goes to boy school. I don't remember much but I remember one thing, it has a rumour that one window at school has a magic (curse): if a person stands there and looks down, another looks up (eye contact) -> they have fate and will love each other forever. So she stands there and has eyes contact with 2 boys at school (different time though): one is her friend and a good boy, one is totally opposite. Hopefully, I remember correctly and someone knows it.
