Ok guys I was just checking out the raws and I can confirm that YuYang's apology was directed at LiHuan. The 'Huan' in 'LiHuan' and the 'Huan' in 'Huanwen' use different slightly characters, so for everyone worrying that YuYang's apology might somehow have been directed at Chu Huanwen: worry not, all is as it should be
Do they sound the same though? And is that why Lihuan said it doesn't matter [which one it was]? It is good to know that the Huan is in Lihuan though. Thank you for the info!

I have no idea if they sound the same actually (I'm still wrapping my head around Chinese as a tonal language aha). I think that's just how LiHuan responds to apologies, because that's what he says the first time YuYang apologises to him in chapter 8.
